This will allow all issues/feedback to be centrally accessible and help the team troubleshoot and collect feedback
Once the tool is fully launched, we will go back to typical ticketing suppport approach

Key updates:
All requested metrics defined in July are available
Color scale legend added
Issue/requests have been updated as of 10/6 (see tracker here)
Known issues: These are being investigated, and we will provide updates once the issues are resolved
Miami Kinder Star data is missing (state benchmarks are not available in the data from Renaissance - we’ve reached out to the vendor)
Chronic absenteeism intervention data is off (fixing today)
Miami truancy is not available (in progress)
New K-8 academic leading indicators are not available (pending c3/Sarba sign-off)
School community diagnostic data is populating for Newark & Camden because 5 students have taken it already this year (working on getting the responses removed)
