The ACE program is a public educational program for children with educational eligibility of Emotional Disability. Students enrolled in the program will receive a coordinated therapeutic and educational program. The services will be provided by a team of professionals working in conjunction with the Stark County Educational Service Center.
The ACE program uses behavior science and differentiated academic instruction to work with students to close the gap in social emotional learning and academic achievement. Each student's needs are met individually through the MTSS process, collaboration with the IEP team, and behavioral evaluations.
Referrals for the ACE program are made through the students home district Special Education Coordinator. Each ACE unit has ten spots available for district referrals. We often have a waitlist for all age groups.
