SST9 offers principal coaching through The University of Cincinnati's Inclusive Instructional Leadership program, OLi4. OLi4 stands for Ohio Leadership for Inclusion, Implementation, and Instructional Improvement. This coaching includes professional learning opportunities and individualized coaching sessions for two years. 

Cohort registrations take place each spring. Please contact your SST9 consultant if you are interested in principal coaching. 

SST9 partners with districts and schools to build capacity to create systems in your organization to support school improvement efforts.
