Requesting a Refund?
Requests for Senior Outing must be made by April 21st.
Requests for Senior Reception must be made by May 8th.
To request a refund, please fill out this form.
Students only need to pay for the events they would like to attend. All payments are due by Tuesday, April 21st.
Outing, May 21st: $55
Reception, May 29th: $85 per person *
Graduation, June 16th (rain date June 17th): $20 (cost of cap & gown)
Important: If you are attending the Senior Outing the permission slip signed by your parent / guardian is to be completed on Parent Square.
*Guest tickets for Senior Reception can only be paid in person. If the guest is not a current SWHS, the required permission slip must be submitted with the payment.
All payments & and permission slips are due by Tuesday, April 21st
Payments Options:
Jan 5th-April 21st through Parent Square.
During lunch on: February 3rd & 4th, March 3rd, 4th, 30th & 31st, April 7th & 8th
In the high school lobby from 2:10-3:00pm April 20th & 21st
If paying by check, please make payable to SWHS Class of 2026 and add the graduate's name to the memo line.
