Senior Expenses & Payment Information
Requesting a Refund?
Requests for Senior Outing must be made by May 8th for a full refund and no later than May 19th for a partial refund ($54).
Requests for Senior Reception must be made by May 21st (full refund)
To request a refund, please fill out this form.
Students only need to pay for the events they would like to attend. All payments are due by Tuesday, April 22nd.
Outing, May 22nd: $75
Reception, May 30th: $95 per person *
Graduation, June 16th (rain date June 17th): $20 (cost of cap & gown)
Important: If you are attending the Senior Outing the permission slip signed by your parent / guardian is due at the time of payment.
*Guest tickets for Senior Reception can only be paid in person. If the guest is not a current SWHS, the required permission slip must be submitted with the payment.
All payments & and permission slips are due by Tuesday, April 22nd

Jan 2nd-April 22nd at MySchoolBucks.com (please note a 4.95% service fee will apply)
During 6th period lunch on: February 5th, March 5th, April 2nd & 9th
In the high school main lobby from 12:50-2:30: February 6th, March 6th, April 21st & 22nd
If paying by check, please make payable to SWHS Class of 2025 and add the graduate's name to the memo line.
