Screen time is getting out of control
In my opinion screen time is getting out of control. In these paragraphs I will be telling you how much screen time we are getting a day, why we need to slow our roll, and, to give you some ways to keep you from it!
My first reason is that, we people are getting too much screen time, an average for a kid is to get 6 to 10 hours of screens per day. The average should be 4 to 7 hours a week. for teens it isn't much better but they are getting 7 to 9 hours of screens per day. Should be getting at least 5 through 7 hours of screens per week. well for adults there's no official guide, but they should have around 2 hours of screens per day. If you do a little bit of math adults should have around 14 hours of screens per week cuz two times seven is 14
My next reason is that, if we exceed the amount of time, there can be side effects including negatively affecting physical health, leading to issues like eye strain, headaches, poor posture, disrupted sleep, and bad vision.
My last reason is that, if you play games with friends and family Or yourself for example Go Fish garbage Solitaire Spider Solitaire and more. you will have the opposite side effects of leading to issues like eye strain, headaches, poor posture, and disrupted I'm almost done.
My conclusion is that green time is getting out of hand if we keep this up we might be to false information and short and attention spans so get off those computers and phones and tablets and go touch grass For Heaven's Sake !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
