How many years have you been a teacher in total?
This is my 3rd year as a speech-language teacher!
What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is yellow!!!
If you were teaching before coming here, what grades have you taught?
Before coming here I worked with students in preschool, kindergarten, elementary school, and middle school.
Have you played a sport?
Yes! Growing up I played soccer and basketball. Now I enjoy playing golf and pickleball.
What is your favorite grade you have taught ?
That is a really tough question. But since I teach multiple grades I would say my favorite grades are elementary so Kindergarten to fifth grade.
How many years have you been here at Pv for?
This is my first year at PV!
What school did you teach before you came here?
Before I came to PV, I taught at an elementary school in Wethersfield and an elementary school in Simsbury.
Do you have any pets?
I do! I have a dog, her name is Tori and she’s a labradoodle.
If you were at a different school before here was it in south windsor or ct?
It was in a different town in CT, it was in Wethersfield and Simsbury!
If you were at a different school before, were you a speech teacher?
Yes! I was a speech teacher at both of those schools. In Wethersfield I worked with students in grades K-6th grade and in Simsbury I worked with students in 1st and 2nd grade.
What is your favorite school subject?
My favorite school subject is ELA, I love to read!
What is your favorite season?
My favorite season is summer! I love going to the beach and enjoying the nice weather. My birthday is also in the summer!
What is your favorite holiday?
My favorite holiday is Christmas because I love decorating a Christmas tree, seeing all of the lights/decorations, watching Christmas movies and spending time with my family!
Do you have any siblings?
Yes! I have 2 older brothers.
Do you have any kids?
No, I don’t have any kids! I have 3 nieces who I love to spend time with.
What is your favorite spot to take a vacation?
My favorite spot to take a vacation is anywhere there’s a beach and it’s warm! In the summer I love going to the Connecticut shore, Rhode Island, Cape cod, and anywhere tropical! I recently went to Puerto Rico and the beaches there were beautiful!
