Physical properties of matter can be investigated to distinguish between heterogeneous mixtures, homogeneous mixtures, and pure substances.
Students will describe the relationship between force and motion by calculating average speed, determining velocity of an object, reading distance/time graphs, and understanding Newton's First Law of Motion.
Students will compare amplitude, frequency, and wavelength of transverse waves, including the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS).
Check out some of the AWESOME happenings in Science classes this nine weeks!
Tutorials, investigations, and hands-on learning guide student inquiry and foster excitement about learning!
