Funded by the New York State Education Department, the Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) offers services to students and families to maximize the successful transition of middle and high school students into graduates who are fully prepared for the rigors of higher education and the competitive demands of the workplace. LPP provides research-based programming and services to students in grades 6th through 12th enrolled in the Schenectady City School District who may be at risk of not graduating.

Schenectady County STOPPED (Sheriffs Telling Our Parents and Promoting Educated Drivers) is a new parental notification program that allows parents to partner with local law enforcement agencies to assist their efforts in raising responsible young drivers. STOPPED is a voluntary program that notifies parents and guardians of any problems or potential problems with their teen driver.
Yellow Dot is a free program designed to help first responders provide life-saving medical attention during that first “golden hour” after a crash or other emergency. A Yellow Dot in the driver's-side rear window of your vehicle will alert first responders that vital medical information is stored in the glove compartment.
