Inspire & Be Inspired!
#SchenectadyReads #BeTheLight Campaign
Even though the last year has been a trying experience for the Schenectady community, there is always light. The mission of the #SCSDBeTheLight campaign is to ensure that ALL Schenectady students and staff are given the opportunity to share their experiences and offer inspiration and hope.
Through the use of literature and encouraging free expression by all of our students, we will secure opportunities for everyone to shine brightly.

Virtual Resource Fair / Mental Health Webinars
Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland partners with their county's School Psychologists' Association to host an annual mental health awareness fair; they planned virtual sessions (video topics by daily theme) over the course of one week this fall. Staying cognitively engaged and challenged is an important part of mental health - reap the benefits of the plethora of learning opportunities they've collected!
