Supporting student password reset requests when school is held remotely:
If you are having issues with your child’s log-in information and need to reset his or her password, please contact our School Technology Specialist (STS), Kristie Serra.

You MUST be able to provide your students’ Northshore identification number. If you are not able to provide this information, the STS cannot assist with a password reset.
The STS will then verify the parent's information before providing assistance.
Finally, the STS will direct you to navigate resetting the students password.
