About Retail Operations

Retail Operations is a hands-on course that provides students with an opportunity to manage and operate “The Den,” North Creek’s student store, and to gain work experience in a real retail business. Student employees are trained to become managers and are responsible for marketing, operations, selling, advertising, inventory control, food preparation, and customer service. Students will learn professional conduct vital in the working world.
