National Honor Society Forms are listed below. Please note the following:

• NHS Officers are not authorized to collect any forms. Put all forms in Mrs. Clenin's box or handed to her personally.

• No late forms or submissions will be accepted.

• Do not wait until the last minute to complete your service hours. The Officers will not be asked to come up with last minute opportunities for you to fulfill service hour requirements.

• Please check the "Membership Information" and FAQs for clarification on whether or not you are a new or returning member. Most of you will be returning members.

• Please do not pay in the office or online until we have confirmed that you have been accepted or renewed in the club. This list will be out once all applications are submitted and reviewed. The applications are due as follows:

  • New members: February 18th, 2022

  • Returning members: TBD (sometime in April)
