Brain Dance Hokey Pokey or any dancing!

Ride a bike or scooter: Make sure your child is wearing a helmet and other protective gear if necessary.

Take a walk around your neighborhood or park: Have your child hop, jump, skip, and jog. Try follow the leader or a version of hopscotch on the sidewalk.

Bowling: Using water bottles and a ball set up a bowling alley in the hallway or other part of your house.

Balancing

Using tape, make a line on the floor. Children can walk on the line forward, backward, or heel-to-toe.

Children can hold their arms out to the side; palms facing up with a small toy resting on each hand and walk on the line.

Let your child jump in a zig zag pattern, keeping both feet together, across the tape.
