Gratitude may seem like a strange thing to focus on right now, during a time with so much uncertainty and fear. However, times of darkness can make even tiny bits of light stand out and grab our attention.

Many of us are going for walks and noticing those first spring flowers that we may have driven past without noticing. We’re also discovering new things every day that we took for granted (grocery shopping, sports, social gatherings, toilet paper… 😊).
