Complete by February 26th:
Sign and submit all forms in Final Forms
Update athletic physical in Final Forms
Submit any special medical documentation in Final Forms
Attain proper attire (Sweat top and bottom, water bottle, and active shoes. Event specific shoes will be discussed in season with coaches)
Read all email communications

February 26th:
Check in at 3:30pm for practice in the commons.
Double check you are cleared in "GREEN" on Final Forms.
Come dressed in sweat top and bottom (rain gear if you have it), active shoes. NO LOCKERS after practice.
Bring personal water bottle, labeled with name.
Released by 5:45PM.
Uniform distribution March 6th
The following are required to receive a uniform:
Up to date on all ASB fees, pay here.
Cleared in Final Forms.
Print, sign, and bring with you on the day of uniform distribution, a hard copy of these three forms:
