Track and Field offers a home to athletes with a diversity of abilities and talents. Twenty-two events require varying levels of speed, power, endurance, and motor control.
Track and Field showcases athleticism.
At North Creek we place a high value on personal growth as measured by ongoing personal performance records. Coaches aim to motivate athletes through consistent and high expectations focused on technical analysis throughout a progressive and challenging training plan that offers individualized supports for each athletes developmental level.
Student-Athlete health and wellness is at the forefront of all we do.
Jaguars taking action! Good luck from Coach Luck and Koa Bartholow, and check out that amazing jump! Coach Green intently focuses on the take off board to determine mechanical execution of the jump. What a fantastic take off by Ryan Gibson, achieving a great lower body block! Check out the ankle, shin, knee, hip angle! That's what we call, 90, 90, ?, yes 90. Well done sir.
Our growing team is always on the look out for experienced Track and Field supporters to strengthen our
North Creek Community.

"What I love most about being a runner; runners can train anywhere and require only a pair of shoes. Unlike swimming or cycling or weightlifting (to name just a few), running doesn’t require a special field or any equipment. It’s just you and the open road, or trail."
