Inglemoor High School Athletics Policies

As an Inglemoor wrestler you are required to comply with the Inglemoor HS code of conduct.  You can see the policies at: https://inglemoor.nsd.org/athletics/policies

Skin Condition Clearance 

If a wrestler develops a skin condition, or marks that could be confused for a skin condition we need to have a doctor complete the NFHS Skin Condition Form.  This must be printed out and signed by a doctor clearly indicating when an athlete can return to contact, and indicating where the lesions in question are located.  This may need to be updated for post season.  You can download and print that form here:
