Guten Tag! My name is Katrin Vince, and I am the German teacher at Inglemoor High School! One of my favorite sayings is: "Do caterpillars know what butterflies are?" because when I was in High School, I had no idea my life would turn out the way it did. Learning another language, English, was what enabled me to live a very exciting life, and I hope that learning German will open many doors for you, as well. I moved to Michigan right after graduating from High School in Hamburg, Germany and attended Michigan State University to earn my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. I worked as a Middle and High School German teacher for eleven years in Lansing, Michigan, Austin, Texas, and Raleigh, North Carolina before moving to Okinawa, Japan, and then back to Kaiserslautern, Germany. After six years abroad, we came here in 2014, and it is our favorite place to live. In NSD, prior to starting at Inglemoor High School, I also worked as a PE teacher at Moorlands and Frank Love Elementary Schools.
