Our Goal would be for students to play for at least 60 minutes a day.
Play outside, go for a walk, ride your bike, dance, do exercises on your own, etc.
This website is an online resource to help give you additional ideas on physical activities you can do if you are doing on-line learning at home. If you choose to come up with your own physical activities - Great!
