We designed a College Composition intensive course for students who have attempted, but not completed, this course two or more times. The course is a regular three-unit course and meets the hours and word count requirements in an intensive. These sections involve authentic upheaval; the classes run from 9-5, Monday through Thursday (in the two-week format) and 9-5 on four consecutive Saturdays (in the one-month, hybrid, format). We successfully launched in Summer 2022 and have held intensives in the intersessions ever since. Every student that has attended each session successfully completed the course for a 100% course success rate.
