Workflows

The workflows below outline many of the behind-the-scenes processes that support CRC’s OER and Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) work. These include procedures for purchasing required books that are not available as OER, implementing controlled digital lending practices, marking course sections as ZTC, and other operational steps that help sustain and scale this work. Our goal in sharing these materials is to provide practical examples that other colleges can adapt to fit their own institutional structures and needs.
