The Goal: A Zero Textbook Cost College

Cosumnes River College (CRC) has made textbook affordability a top priority - consistently achieving a 75% Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) rate across all course sections with a goal to get to 100%. As a Demonstration Grant recipient from the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, CRC developed this toolkit to share proven strategies, workflows, and templates with colleges across the state.
