Robert Else, an esteemed Sacramento artist, was Professor of Art at California State University Sacramento from 1950-1979. Most noted for his landscapes-his works have been included in numerous gallery and museum showings including the Crocker Art Museum. This piece reflects the artist's view of what would happen if the Auburn Dam were ever built.
