Breakfast & Snacks
Breakfast will feature an assortment of pastries (gluten-free available) from Backwards Bread Baking Co. and coffee and tea from Kinder Coffee Lab.Â
Afternoon snacks will be cookies (gluten and vegan options available) from Backwards Bread Baking Co.
Lunch
Lunch will be catered by Jules' Bistro.

Vegan & Gluten Free Attendees
Bistro Salad: Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onions housemade croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Vegetarian and Pescatarian Attendees
Veggie Sandwich: Housemade roasted red pepper hummus, guacamole, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, mixed greens
For all other attendees, there will be three choices of sandwiches:
Muffuletta: Ham, salami, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, mayo, sundried tomatoes, housemade olive tapenade
Turkey & Provolone: Turkey, provolone, mixed greens, sundried tomatoes, housemade pesto aioli
Chicken Avocado: Chicken, guacamole, red onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, cheddar
All lunch options will be served with fresh-cut fruit and chips
