Performing Arts

Employment of entertainment occupations is projected to grow 5 percent from 2018 to 2028, about as fast as the average for all occupations. Employment is projected to increase by about 42,600. Strong demand from the public for more movies and television shows, as well as the increasing popularity of sports, will contribute to job growth for the entertainment and sports occupations.
