He specializes in applying educational best practices and neuroscience-based learning principles to practical strategies for adult learning. He travels nationwide, helping organizations integrate AI into their workflows.

Tyler holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Bethel University and lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota with his wife and four children.
