Welcome! Thank you for your interest. Please use this page as a guide will help you understand what to expect and plan for submitting a session proposal.
You’ll be asked to identify which guiding principles and focus areas your session connects to. We know not every idea fits perfectly into a single category—that’s okay. Do your best to select the options that most closely align with your purpose. These choices help shape a thoughtful and balanced program while also making it easier for attendees to find sessions that speak to their interests, roles, and goals. Your selections contribute directly to creating a Summit experience that feels intentional, relevant, and meaningful.
Developed over the course of this school year, these principles are foundational to the summit's vision. We ask that all submissions demonstrate a clear focus that incorporates one or more of these guiding principles. Please choose the principle(s) that best align with your purpose and approach:
☐ Vision & Values – Aligning with education's mission
☐ Center on People – Human-centered focus
☐ Advance Equity – Promoting access and fairness
☐ Safety, Ethics, & Effectiveness – Responsible AI
☐ Continuous Improvement – Learning, iteration, growth
To help us organize the summit schedule, please choose all focus areas that best fit the main goals of your session. If your topic doesn't align perfectly with any single area, select the categories that represent significant aspects of your idea.
☐ Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment
☐ AI Literacy
☐ Access & Equity
☐ Productivity
☐ Implementation, Leadership & Policy
☐ Educator Capacity
☐ Student Learning
Your proposal should reflect a complete idea—even if it’s still evolving. We’re looking for clarity on what you want to share, how it connects to the bigger picture, and what attendees will take away. It doesn’t need to be perfect—we’ll help you refine and elevate it if your session is selected. Just make sure your core vision comes through.
A short, clear working title—just enough to convey your idea.
Your elevator pitch. What is it you'll share and how will people experience that sharing?
What should attendees leave knowing, trying, or thinking about?
Workshop (hands-on, interactive)
Group Discussion (collaborative conversation)
Demonstration (show-and-tell style)
District Leadership
Building Administration
K–12 Educators
Higher Education Professionals
