Open the desktop client app on the laptop.
Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Click on 'Check for Updates.'
Check for Connected Account to CHPS Subscription (Staff)

From the Zoom desktop client app, click on the settings gear icon ⚙ on the upper right just below your profile icon.
Click on 'Profile.' This will open up a browser tab for zoom.us.
Click on 'Account Profile.'
