To add icons (visual interest!) to your writing, try the emoji keyboard! You can use this on any program (emails, Google Docs, and more!).
Press the Windows key + the period or semicolon key
Start typing in the item that you want to use and then click on the emoji you wish to insert.
"Pin" apps to your toolbar at the bottom of your screen to keep them always at your fingertips, even when the program is closed!
To pin, open the program, and right click the icon in your toolbar at the bottom. Choose "Pin to taskbar"
"Pin" a frequently-used tab on your Chrome browser to make it easier to locate when you have a lot of tabs open. Pinned tabs show on the left end of your Chrome browser window.
To pin a tab, right click on it and choose "Pin"
Use split screen to look at two windows or programs at the same time, side-by-side!
Split your screen by using a keyboard shortcut: hold down the windows key and either the left arrow or right arrow keys on your keyboard.
