Dear Parents and Guardians,
Recently, we let you know about a school climate survey for students. The next step is to gather similar feedback from parents and guardians like you.
Our goal is to ensure that our schools are welcoming, safe and inclusive environments for learning and working. Your input is crucial in achieving this goal and will be invaluable in helping us create the best possible learning environment for students.
Take the Parent/Caregiver School Climate Survey (go to the link in your Growing Together email)
We would like to hear your thoughts on what is working well in our schools and which areas need improvement. Your participation will allow us to review and consolidate the data, helping us make informed decisions about the next steps.
Once the data is analyzed, schools will focus on a specific area based on the feedback provided by students, families and staff.
The voluntary and anonymous survey will be open from June 6-28, 2024. No personal information will be collected (no names, no email addresses). The results will only include aggregate data for each school.
The survey questions will cover topics such as learning, belonging, identity and diversity, student voice and involvement, safety, bullying, and mental health and well-being.
For more information, please refer to the FAQs below. If you have any additional questions, please contact your child’s teacher or principal.
Thank you for supporting our schools and helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Director of Education
