Conferences

Conferences are scheduled for of March 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th, Monday through Thursday.

When signing up on-line, appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis. The window of access opens on Monday, February 15th. Please plan to go to our official Facebook page or HCMS Web page as soon as possible beginning February 15th to click on the link and schedule your preferred times. See below for directions on signing up and our school code.

If you do not have access to a computer or a cell phone with a data package, please call HCMS office at 269-441-4755 and we will be glad to assist you through the process.

Conferences are planned to be about 10 minutes in length each. During the conference teachers will be discussing what students have been working on and how we can work together to support your child. The teacher(s) above are looking forward to the opportunity to meet with you and your child.
