Interest Groups

The major difference between Clubs and Interest (or Activity) Groups is that Clubs have budgets and access monies. To manage their funds, they therefore needs a constitution and elected officers. An interest group, just needs to have a staff advisor.

To create an Interest Group:



If an Interest Group would like to do an activity that requires money, they can propose the activity and budget to the ASB Executive Board at their monthly meeting on Appointment Day. The Interest Group should complete a Project Proposal form and send to ASB Advisor (Maryke) before the meeting.
