Weather Policy

Inclement Weather and Practice Cancelations 

Because mountain biking is an outdoor sport, there will inevitably be times when practice plans need to change or even be canceled on the same day. We understand that everyone has busy schedules, so we will communicate any changes as early as possible. That said, weather predictions aren’t always accurate, and if we make the call too soon, we risk unnecessarily missing a chance to ride. Thanks for your flexibility and understanding. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Changes or cancellations will be announced via TeamSnap at least 2 hours before practice. We’ll always make every effort to publish any changes as early as possible, and we appreciate your patience when last-minute decisions are necessary.
