OSSEO EXCELLENCE

Osseo Senior High School has a longstanding tradition of Osseo Pride. Students, staff, and other stakeholders experienced school community being established and maintained around the dispositions of being Respectful, Responsible, and Resourceful.

Oriole Pride has become the standard by which we operate, but not the end result of the work we do together. The challenge of excellence in all operational spaces on our campus. As such, our guiding foundation is Osseo Excellence.

Over the past few years, our community grew to know and embody Osseo Excellence, the need to quantify the dispositions of Osseo Excellence became apparent. Out of continued interactions with stakeholders emerged five ways of being that helped to encapsulate what it means to exemplify Osseo Excellence. Our efficacious attributes are rooted in our commitment to operate as Innovative, Courageous, Focused, Reflective, and Conscientious scholars, staff and community - ultimately moving forward, Together in Excellence. Our collective work is leveraging our standard of Oriole Pride towards our quest to achieve Osseo Excellence.

By doing so, we will stand in our purpose of knowing that We Are Osseo!
