To develop future leaders in health/science/medical fields by offering themed, integrated curriculum, and technical skill development through core academic learning as well as career, and technical education that when combined; will meet the needs, and interests of a diverse group of learners, challenge and advance the knowledge of each individual, and inspire and promote the highest level of achievement of all students.

STRONG JOB PROSPECTS- The medical field is an ever-growing area with constant need for qualified professionals. Health care occupations and industries are expected to have the fastest employment growth and to add the most jobs between 2014 and 2024. (US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2015)
CERTIFICATIONS- Many of our courses offer professional certifications, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) that will help you become employable right after graduation.
EARN COLLEGE CREDITS- Successfully complete one of our “articulated” high school courses and you can receive an equivalent credit at a designated college, saving you time and money! Eligible courses are:

Program Requirements
Students must maintain the minimum number of Health Science credits each year.
9th Grade- Exploring Health Careers
10th Grade- 4 Health Science Credits
11th Grade- 5 Health Science Credits
12th Grade- 5 Health Science Credits
