Senior picture specifications: Pictures may be in color or black and white, although color is preferred. Head & shoulder portrait shots are encouraged. Photos that are not oriented correctly or do not fit the allotted space will be cropped.

Naming the file: Name the file with your child's lastname.firstname  - Josten's layout program automatically assigns the images based on this filing name system. Failure to name the file correctly could result in improper layout or missing from the senior photo section.

Copyright: Most professional photographers have a copyright on their images, even when you buy the print. If your photos have been professionally photographed, you will need to submit a file or release from the photographer, or have the photographer send in the photo for you.

RHS reserves the right to determine whether or not a picture is appropriate for publication. We do NOT make photoshop corrections on senior photos. What you send us is what will go in the yearbook.
