This Saturday is Minnesota Fishing Opener of 2023. A variety of Minnesota freshwater fish can only be targeted and kept for food certain times throughout the year, and this Saturday is when you can start to do so (other than the winter). This is just an informational video, as fishing is a popular life-long activity that is popular in Minnesota, and many people catch fish for fun, and release them safely back into the water. As mentioned in the video, I am NOT telling you to go fishing, although if you choose to ever do so, please use information from this video to help you.
Water bottle flip challenge, paper towel bowling, paper towel roll relays, free throws and create a trick shot challenge! I challenge you to complete these balloon challenges. Some of them uses a wooden spoon. If you do not have balloons at home, you can try to use a lighter ball, such as a beach ball.
Fitness- To regularly exercise and eat healthy. The first day of the month was National Fitness Day. To honor a day that celebrates being healthy by exercising and eating right, exercise for 30 minutes and post to seesaw what you did. This could be going on a walk with your family, playing at the local park or playing tag with your siblings. Someone who is fit regularly exercises. Whatever you do, get your heart racing fast!!
