This is just an informational video, as fishing is a popular life-long activity that is popular in Minnesota, and many people catch fish for fun, and release them safely back into the water. As mentioned in the video, I am NOT telling you to go fishing, although if you choose to ever do so, please use information from this video to help you.

Fitness- Someone who is fit values exercising and eating right. Also, exercising just one time does not make someone physically fit. Watch the video, then this week try to exercise for 30 minutes and record what you did to get your heart rate elevated. This could be going on a walk with your family, playing tag in the yard with your siblings, going to the playground or completing a few previous videos I have posted.

These are two different exercise routines that you should do MORE than once! Complete both of these exercises this week and next week. When exercising, you can't expect to get stronger by doing one pushup or even 10 pushups. You can get stronger by doing push-ups on a weekly basis. For example, do 10 push-ups every other day. Then increase the amount of push-ups you do each day. No need to do push-ups, just exercise along with Mr. Sandman (and Mrs. Sandman in the "chicken fat" video).
