Riding the Bus

Students who live beyond 1 mile of school qualify for busing. 

When will I know my bus information?

• Eligible families will receive a post card in the mail, late August

•  If the post card does not contain the correct information, call transportation right away (651-423-7685)

  • • • You may need to submit paperwork to correct the problem prior to school starting. 

      • No corrections will be made during the first week of school so you want to make sure to flag the problem right away. 

When your child is not coming/going from your home

• If your child attends daycare or has an alternate bus schedule, fill out the Transportation For Students in Daycare or to an Alternate Address form.

• The form needs to be completed each time there is a chance in your child's schedule.

• Call the school office with any questions. 

Fee for Transportation option is available to:

• Students living within the walking area of their attendance area school.

• Students attending a daycare located within the walking area of the school

The Fee-For-Service Transportation option is not available to:

• Intra district transfer students.

• Open enrolled students.

Bus Changes Due to New Daycare

A Transportation for Elementary School Students in Daycare form must be filled out every time a daycare changes. A form is required for every child in the family and new forms are needed each year.
