Elements and Principles of Design

Students will get an overview of the basic elements and principles of design and the current trends in design. 

Culinary Creations

Students will apply their knowledge and skills in kitchen and food safety, time management, and teamwork.  Recipes in this class will focus on creative expression in foods!  Labs may include: French crepes with fruit topping and a cupcake decorating contest
