Tuesday: 7:00-8:30 - Run @ Eastview High School (North Doors)
Wednesday: 7:00-8:30 - Run and Lift @ Eastview High School (North Doors)
Thursday: 7:00-8:30 - Run @ Eastview High School (North Doors)
Friday: 7:00-9:00, Run, Lift, and FUN @ Eastview High School (North Doors)
Saturday: 7:30-9:15 - Long Run @ Various Locations Off-Campus (see the bottom of this page for more info)
Sunday: Off Day / Run On Your Own
Summer Running begins on Tuesday, June 9th!
The button to the left will take you to the summer running registration Google Form. Please complete this prior to the start of Summer Running on Tuesday, June 9th.
Please note, we will be collecting a $20 participation fee to help pay for the fun activities, food, and other goodies that come along with summer running!
You can pay the participation fee with cash at the first practice or you can Venmo the account provided in the Google Form.

GroupMe is where you will be able to find the most up to date information about practice locations and can communication with the other summer athletes.

Note: No weight room experience needed to lift with the team! There will be coaches there to help athletes who are new or inexperienced to lifting
Almost every day for summer running, we will meet at the north entrance of Eastview High School. Park in the north parking lot off of 140th street (pictured to the left). We will meet here to warm up before heading out on our run for the day. Additionally, this will allow for quick access to the EVHS weightroom on the days we lift.

During Summer Runnning, Saturday practices will be held off-site! This gives runners an athlete an opportunity to get away from the constant concrete pounding around Eastview and enjoy new scenery around the metro. Make sure you have joined the GroupMe, so you can stay up to date on these locations as they will change throughout the summer.
Long Runs are one of our most important training runs to build an aerobic base for the season! Even if you are new to the sport, we strongly encourage you to come to Saturday practices. Distances and times will be modified to meet your current abilities. If you consistently come to practices, you will surprise yourself by the end of the summer with what you are capable of!
If it is difficult for you to find a ride to practices that are not at Eastview, talk to a captain or another athlete! Lots of girls plan carpools to these practices.
