Leadership Ambassador
These individuals are appointed by at the regional leadership summits for the roles of Leadership Ambassadors. Students are able to collaborate with other BETA members, create various on-site projects, and be a representatives for the following year. They also have the opportunity to help out at National. Lastly, these selected representatives will be given an interview at the National Convention and must wear business attire to assemblies. Project Proposal
This project is used to demonstrate a service needed in your community and how it was implemented. You will need visual components to show the service and different aspects such as what was the problem, what is your proposal to fix it, the plan of action, the benefits, how to maintain the project, and a conclusion. (Disclaimer: Electrical outlets and projectors are not provided) An unlimited amount of individuals may collaborate on the project but only 3-5 students may present it. Lead Outside the Box
Lead outside the box is an on-site event that will begin once the convention starts. Upon arrival, a team will be given a real-world problem and they must create a two-minute presentation to demonstrate their solution. They must consider several aspects and with a group of 4 people max present it to a panel of judges.
