CCP Pathways
Students must choose a pathway as part of the RCCC application process.
CMHS advises ALL students to select the CCP Associate of ARTS pathway. If a student chooses a different pathway, student MUST consult with counselor 1st.
Students may choose 1 College Transfer pathway and 1 CTE pathway.
Students may only take courses within the specified pathway/pathways.

College Transfer Pathways
Examples: Associate of Arts, Sci, etc. See all in booklet.
CMHS Recommends selecting Associate of Arts pathway for the most course options.
CTE Pathways
Examples: Welding, HVAC, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Motorsports, Mechatronics Engineering, IT Essentials, etc. See all options in book above.
Pre-Health Pathways
Examples: Pre-Nursing, Pre-Occ Therapy, Pre-Physical Therapy. See all options in book above.
AoIT Students:
IT Essentials Pathway (CTE)
Must select IT Essentials CTE pathway on RCCC application.
Additional AoIT credits approved towards NAF Certification.
Nurse Aide Program (Pre-Health)
CCP students who are interested in the Nurse Aide program have the opportunity to apply for 2024-2025.
Interested students must attend one of the Information Sessions: March 18th and March 20th at the Kannapolis RCCC location.
Students can send their completed applications directly to their high school counselor
Due date for applications to be submitted to Counselor: April 5, 2024
