Todd’s the one steering the ship at Up To Something, though he’s usually also the one suggesting we turn the ship in a weird new direction just to see what happens. He’s equal parts strategist, media wrangler, and professional overthinker. If there’s a way to zig when everyone else zags, Todd’s already halfway down the road with a whiteboard full of ideas.
Richard makes things look like we knew what we were doing all along. He’s the design brain at Up To Something, able to turn half-baked ideas into billboards people actually point at on the highway. He speaks fluent Photoshop, fluent Illustrator, and occasionally fluent sarcasm. When in doubt, Richard will make it pretty — or weird — or both.
