The following is a list of instructional supports available to our dyslexic students during home-based learning. This list is not all-inclusive. Dyslexic services are provided by certified teachers with training in a TEA-approved dyslexia program.
Classroom teacher will provide accommodations as specified in each student's plan.
Dyslexia teachers provide face-to-face and virtual live instruction as recommended by the TEA-approved dyslexia program to students based on the students' learning choice. Virtual live instruction schedules will be communicated to parents/students by the student's dyslexia teachers.
When available, students will be given access to specially designed materials (such as speech-to-text online materials) and software programs designed for dyslexic students.
