Based on KathleenMorris.com and my own thoughts
Don't leave the subject line blank
Do use complete sentences that sound friendly and positive
Do use the Cc line to send a copy. Those under the CC line are not directly addressed by the email, need to be aware of the information, and they do not need to respond.
Do use the Bcc line when there are multiple addresses that need to be kept private from each other.
Before sending, read the message out loud to yourself to "hear" your email "voice." Remember, email does not transmit tone or emotion so consider the recipient and your relationship with that person. Each of us will filter those words differently and uniquely depending on a multitude of positive, negative, and neutral situations in our past and present.
Don't forget to add the attachments if necessary!
My Recommendation: Even though you can switch to another user without signing out, I recommend signing out if this is someone who might regularly use that Chromebook. They should be added as a user for that Chromebook
Use the sheet to the left if you would like to print a copy to tape right next to your keyboard!
You must first have some text or image highlighted before you use CTRL C or CTRL X
CTRL F can work across several applications. You can use it to search for a word (or phrase) on a web-page, a Google Doc, a PDF, Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
CTRL Z is possibly the most useful and the one that will save you from freaking out! It works for more than one consecutive undo!
