Want students to not delete something on Jamboard? Make it a background. 😁👍
Bookmarks can save you time!
I highly recommend checking Zoom settings before scheduling your first Zoom, and then rechecking these settings each time there is an update on Zoom or Google. This video is lengthy as it covers all the meeting settings.

You must first have some text or image highlighted before you use CTRL C or CTRL X
CTRL F can work across several applications. You can use it to search for a word (or phrase) on a web-page, a Google Doc, a PDF, Slides, Google Sheets, etc.

The key thing to remember is that you can turn any image into the background of a Google Slide. Students can then "edit" images or texts on top of the background!
KEY TIP: ALWAYS name your files first!
