Souq Waqif is a marketplace in Doha, in the state of Qatar. The souq sells traditional garments, spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs. It is also home to restaurants and shisha lounges. The original building dates back to the late 19th to early 20th centuries in a traditional Qatari architectural style. 

The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar, is an artificial island with an area of nearly four square kilometers. It is the first land in Qatar to be available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals. As of 2018, there were 27,000 residents. 

Lusail Marina Promenade stretches for  12 km. Great place for walking, jogging and cycling enthusiasts. The promenade overlooks the yacht club, the Katata Towers and the lagoon with stunning turquoise water. There are plenty of benches along the footpaths where you can relax in the shade of palm trees.
