2024-2025 Transportation Form

Below please find the bus transportation request form for the 2024-2025 academic year.  Please note that our buses utilize Hub Stops along our routes.  All bus confirmations will take a minimum of 48 hours and will be communicated through CLASS DOJO. How can I find out if AOD is closed, delayed or dismissed early?

In the event of inclement weather, please check Class DOJO or check the following stations to determine whether the Academy of Dover is closed:
