Wateridge is a 21-acre park-like campus adjacent to major commuter arteries such as the 405 and 91 freeways, at the corner of Slauson Ave. and La Cienega Blvd. 

The Wateridge project is comprised of five office buildings which are home to a diverse group of businesses including media, entertainment, technology, advertising, telecommunications, and publishing, government, financial, legal, health care, and professional services.

The retail component of the property includes 24-Hour Fitness and a recently-renovated shopping center with several restaurant options.
